The remaining 34,407,617 Genesis Points will be dropped to [Valantis Prime Trading](/prime/discounts.md) after public access release. More information on this will follow as it is made available. *** 10,000,000 points are distributed via weekly earnings every Thursday at 5p UTC; points can run for up to 6 months. Snapshots are taken every Tuesday at an unspecified time. There is a **fixed supply of 325,000,000 points** that may be distributed throughout the duration of the points program (260M Weekly Earnings + 65M Genesis Earnings). The total supply of points may decrease in case of points ending early, but it will never increase beyond 325M. The final supply will be detailed by program end. Genesis badge holders are eligible for Genesis Earnings, indicating past loyalty to Valantis. Genesis Earnings are distributed at a discretionary rate. Users can earn points by participating in any of the following eligible activities: * All Valantis pools * Holding stHYPE or wstHYPE * Using stHYPE or wstHYPE in any given DeFi integration/vault * Certain NFT collection holders * Referrals Distributions to any given activity may vary week to week. Eligible activities may earn or boost points in any given week; there is no guarantee that any given activity will earn points in a week. No points formula will ever be released or communicated outside of the Valantis team. The team reserves the right to disqualify addresses from the points program in case of any malicious activity.
